	About Me: Hi, I am Cindy Gill. In March of 2010 I decided to create an airplane cake resembling the airline that my dad had worked with for nearly 40 yrs. Because I watched The Cake Boss…lol, I figured I’d give it a shot! Well I loved the way it turned out and I was hooked! I then made a cake for every family function….birthdays, anniversaries, Halloween, Christmas etc…. I was approached a few times about doing cakes for others but was not confident enough. It took about a year before I did a birthday cake for a 1 yr old. I also did my first figurines of a duck, monkey and a frog for that cake. She really loved it so I started taking more orders. I live in a small town in Newfoundland Canada.
