	About Me: Hi, I am Susan Dent, I'm a stay at home mom of three who has always loved baking cakes. A few years ago I commented to one of my friends I'd love to try doing a celebration cake. A week later she asked me to do a bible cake for her son's birthday. I nervously had a go and found I loved it! Since then many of my friends have asked me to make cakes for them. I love decorating cakes but also love showing others how easy it is to get started.
