	About Me: My name is Tracy Buttermore, I started decorating cakes 20 years ago a bakery manager for 3. I have always been artistic and cakes is the best way I've found to express it. People sometimes aske if i get upset, when someone cut a cake I worked hours on, I replied "of course not, thats why I make them". I love to see peoples faces light up, especially children, when they first see their cake. I sometimes would like to change my last name to Butter"creme", lol.
